Spill the tea! Juan Pablo Galavis slammed The Bachelor, Chris Harrison and more of the franchise during the reair of his season on Monday, September 7, as part of The Greatest Seasons Ever series.

A fan praised the season 18 star via Twitter by writing, “‘[Juan Pablo Galavis] was the most honest person in the show’s history, and [The Bachelor] portrayed him as evil. Bravo, [Juan Pablo], for not giving in to the insanity.”

“Thanks, some people LIKE honesty, some people DON’T,” the Venezuelan stud, 39, said in response. “In this SHOW [creator Mike Fleiss] TOLD me to be MYSELF and then he didn’t like my HONESTY. [Chris Harrison] DIDN’T like it either. [I] got FRUSTRATED when he TRIED [to make] me say WORDS I didn’t mean.”

With his finalists — Clare Crawley, Nikki Ferrell and Andi Dorfman — the former pro soccer player touted he would always be candid. That showed through when he would not tell Nikki, 33, he loved her after they left the show together as a couple and when he admitted he was “glad” he didn’t “pick” Clare, 39, after she told him off during their split.

JP added in a second tweet, “You either PLAY their GAME or are TRUE to yourself. Yep, I decided to be TRUE to myself.”

While many of the final ladies and former Bachelorettes were invited on the final Greatest Seasons Ever episode, the leading man was noticeably missing. Many of the Bachelor Nation stars used the time to rave about Clare’s upcoming season and praise her for telling off JP during the final rose ceremony. It was an amazing moment of empowerment for the Sacramento native, who is now season 16’s Bachelorette.

Surprisingly, Juan Pablo exclusively told Life & Style he was “called by [The Bachelorette’s] executive producer” to join his ex’s season. “She wanted to make peace with me,” the former contestant from Desiree Hartsock’s season explained. “I’m not sure if that was her or producers trying to get me back on the show. But, if it was her, that was nice.”

He passed on the opportunity but noted he didn’t think Clare had residual feelings for him “at all.” Despite his prior tweets about the upcoming season, which has been using him in a lot of promo videos, JP added he’s “not annoyed at all” over their tense breakup being replayed.

“I had to let her go, and I feel bad she was not able to understand that,” he adds. “I will always think that she had to respect my decision and not reply about not wanting her kids to have a father like me. I believe that was very disrespectful, but I understand she didn’t like my decision.”

Onward and upward, right?
