According to a new report, the 21-year-old model was told to tell her younger sister not to come to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Nov. 30.

“Kylie wanted to go to Paris to be with Kendall and go to all the model parties, but Kendall told her not to come,” an insider reveals. “She knew that the other models hate Kylie."
