Just one month after True Thompson made her grand debut, Khloé Kardashian is getting back into the gym grind. The new mommy shared a few videos and photos during a recent workout and fans had some feelings about it. Usually, the 33-year-old tends to ignore the hate, but this time, she clapped back. Watch the video above to see why people are upset she's sweating it out again!
To say that Koko is in love with the gym more than her own daughter is a pretty bold statement, so she squashed the story on social media as soon as she could. "The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you're pushing your body so hard, you're so tired. It's much more difficult than you expect it to be," the reality star said on Snapchat. "I've been working out for 11 days now, I feel really good, but tired. My body is sore because it's re-waking itself back up."
But she didn't stop there! Khloé made sure to hit the haters directly. "What I'm annoyed about is I've read a couple of times on Twitter that they feel that I'm focusing too much on my body," she said. "But the truth is, I've worked out five or six days a week before I got pregnant and that’s my sanctuary and something I love to do."
She continued, "I want to start doing that now and get back to my rhythm and in between feedings I want to find time to work out because that's going to be my new normal." Despite the negative comments, Koko is bouncing back super fast.
She shared a snapshot of her flat tummy and it's hard to believe she birthed a child just weeks ago. "Five weeks after baby, feeling good," she said on Snapchat. "Muscle memory is a real thing, It's still under there! I got to get rid of this part [her butt], this, and my thighs. I just need everything to be solid."
Koko is looking pretty damn solid already, to be honest, and fans can only expect her to keep going. Working out is something she has always relied on since going through drama with her ex Lamar Odom. Now that she knows her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, was cheating on her too, this might be Koko's only form of mental release while she's staying in Cleveland until the baby can fly back to LA. So, let's just leave her be.
