It’s been a tough week for Khloé Kardashian, but she’s putting on a brave face. The reality star, 34, is keeping it together for her daughter, True Thompson, amid the cheating scandal with her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
After news broke of the basketball player, 34, cheating on Khlo with Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods, all hell broke loose. Since then, the Good American founder has ended things with Tristan and the Kar-Jenner family has cut out the Instagram model, 21, out of their lives for now.
Naturally, Koko was devastated, but according to Us Weekly, she’s trying her best to get along with Tristan for her baby girl’s sake. “Tristan and Khloe are co-parenting a child together. That’s not really the issue,” said a source close to the family. “She’s doing her best to keep them on good terms.”
The Strong Looks Better Naked author’s main concern right now is her daughter and how the situation will affect her. “It’s more a disappointment about what will never be for True,” said the insider. “Khloé stayed with Tristan because of True, hoping to be a family forever.” It’s “a very sad situation for everyone.”
On the bright side, it’s True who is giving her strength to keep going. “Khloé’s entire world is True,” said the source. “That’s helping her heart.”
When it comes to her relationship with Jordyn, as of now it looks like there is no going back. Khloé and the people closest to her have subtly shaded the former family friend on social media. Days after the world found out about the cheating scandal, Kim Kardashian and Koko’s best friend Malika Haqq were jamming out to “Don’t Mess With My Man” by Nivea. “Here’s a little advice for you/ find your own man,” they sang into the camera.
