“It’s a get your beast mode on type of list — play on shuffle,” she suggested in a Poosh blog post published on Tuesday, September 3. The playlist consists of lots of hip-hop with tracks from her brother-in-law Kanye West, as well as other rappers such as Drake, Meek Mill, Migos, Jay-Z and Rick Ross.
The list also features pop tunes from stars like Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber and Rihanna. In other words, there’s something for every type of workout — whether you’re going hardcore on cardio or focusing on weight training, Koko has you covered.
The blonde beauty is all about working out these days — especially after coming back from vacation recently. On Monday, August 26, she shared a few selfies in her workout attire and as always, she looks amazing. “Back to the routine in my @goodamerican,” she wrote as the Insta caption.
Ever since giving birth to her daughter, True Thompson, in April 2018, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is more focused on her health and fitness than ever. She confessed she looked forward to hitting the gym because it helped her in different aspects of her life besides staying fit.
“The first day I was mentally so prepared,” she said during a Good American panel at the time. “I was so excited because working out for me it is more about mental health. It is not necessarily [about] how I look. Yeah, that is a byproduct. You look good. But for me it is [for] my sanity and I was so stoked.”
