Can Khloé Kardashian please share her skincare routine?! The 35-year-old’s skin looks stunning in a new Instagram selfie she posted on Wednesday, August 28.

While Koko has yet to share her step-by-step process on how she keeps her face looking fresh, she did reveal some details. “Hey glow!!! ✨ #ad Shout out to Melissa @skinthesisinc for my healthy glowing skin,” she wrote.

It looks like the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is all about looking and feeling great these days — from her skin and body to her mental health. Two days prior, she shared a few selfies in her Good American workout wear. “Back to the routine in my @goodamerican,” she captioned the Insta photos.

While the blonde beauty enjoys looking her best, she has admitted to hitting the gym to help her feel good — especially after having a baby. “The first day I was mentally so prepared,” she said during a Good American panel in summer 2018. “I was so excited because working out for me it is more about mental health. It is not necessarily [about] how I look. Yeah, that is a byproduct. You look good. But for me it is [for] my sanity and I was so stoked.”

Like Khlo, her famous sisters share the same passion for health. For instance, older sis Kourtney Kardashian often shares tips on how she stays fit, and it involves the keto diet. “My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months,” the 40-year-old admitted in a blog post published in June.

“In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat, and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet,” she continued, adding that “‘Keto'” is short for ‘ketosis,’ — a metabolic state that happens when your body switches from burning carbs to burning fat.”
