Not Your Average Office Party! Kim and Kylie Host a Holiday Bash for KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics
When it comes to throwing over-the-top parties, the Kar-Jenner women top the list. From birthday celebrations to holiday extravaganzas, the famous family spares no expense on decor, food, goodie bags and more! Enter: Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner’s joint Christmas party for KKW Beauty and Kylie Cosmetics.
On Tuesday, December 17, Kim, 39, took to her Instagram Story to share some special behind-the-scenes moments from the luxe affair, including a performance of Kylie’s hit song “Rise and Shine,” as well as and a moving speech from Kris Jenner.
“As a little idea from Kylie, me, Jen and Matthew was there, too, a couple of people with a really big idea … we couldn’t do it without you,” the longtime KUWTK matriarch, 64, began. “We’re so grateful and so blessed to have all of you here and just all the work that you guys put in — each and every one of you makes us who we are!”
Side note: Kris tearing up during her entire delivery made the moment that much more inspiring. “When we started out, KKW Beauty was just a dream for a minute … and then we all became one big family. It makes me so proud. I am bursting with pride at my daughters who I’m so proud of,” the mother of six gushed.
“You know, you can’t do it alone and it’s because of this beautiful, amazing team that we’re here tonight and we have the success that we do. I just want you all to know that each and every one of you are so appreciated and so loved and we’re so grateful for every single thing you all do and we’re very happy to be here to celebrate.”
Naturally, there wasn’t a single dry eye in Nobu after that. Thankfully, that’s when Kylie, 22, hopped on the mic to reprise her role as Hollywood’s newest pop sensation.
