Kris Humphries Isn’t Seeing ‘Anyone Serious’ Right Now: ‘He’s Putting His Business First’
He’s all about the Benjamins! Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband Kris Humphries is putting his love life on the back-burner and focusing on work. “Kris dates, but I don’t think there’s anyone serious in his life right now,” a source exclusively dished to Life & Style. “He’s putting his business first.”
Kris’ decision to stay single is all his own. After all, he could definitely snag a date if he wanted to. “Basketball players are renowned for being womanizers, but not Kris. He’s a real gent and a really nice guy. I was standing at a busy bar when I saw him and he offered me his seat,” the insider continued.
“He’s very down-to-earth, and while he likes to have a few drinks with his pals, he isn’t into staying up partying until the early hours of the morning,” the source noted, concluding, “He still hangs out with his former basketball pals and spends a lot of time with his business manager.”
Hmmm, it sounds like Kris’ post-Kardashian life is going swimmingly. That said, Kim’s husband, Kanye West, did recently make a very public joke at the former NBA star’s expense. While soaring 39,000 feet in the air for a special edition of Airpool Karaoke with James Corden, the “I Love It” rapper, 42, opened up about married life with his makeup mogul spouse.
“People thought it would be uncool to be married. Then, I got married and people were like, ‘Oh, that looks cool,’” Kanye expressed to the 41-year-old late-night talk show host. At that point, James interrupted him and said, “No one ever thought it would be uncool to marry Kim Kardashian … everybody thought it would be cool to marry Kim Kardashian!”
Kanye’s rebuttal? “Well, not Kris Humphries.” Ouch! To be fair, mocking Kim and Kris’ 72-day marriage is pretty low-hanging fruit. It’s a good thing Kanye is an entertainer and not a comedian.
