Poor guy! Kris Jenner revealed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s son, Saint, recently ended up in the emergency room during their visit to Palm Springs. The momager opened up about the scary ordeal during a new interview, while chatting about the most memorable late-night calls she has received from some of her kids about their own children.

“The most recent one that comes to mind is a week ago or so when we went to Palm Springs and Saint, my little grandson, we discovered he might be allergic to grass,” Kris, 63, revealed to Refinery 29. “We ended up in the E.R., but all is well — we figured it out.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star said the first call she got was the “most alarming” and it was about another one of her grandkids, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s son Mason.

Kris said, “It was when Mason ate peanut butter and his face started blowing up and his throat started closing.” Luckily, everything is OK, but it still was a traumatic experience. “They had to rush him to the hospital,” she added while talking about the incident. “He had a peanut butter allergy for the longest time … The scariest is always the first time.”

Back in April, Kim revealed in a tweet that her middle child, Saint, suffered an allergic reaction and she instantly went into protector mode. The reality star was live tweeting during the April 7 episode of KUWTK and responded to a post reading, “A mother becomes a lioness when she needs to protect her children. You are absolutely right in losing your temper when they are the subject.”

“I did it this weekend when my Sainty had an allergic reaction,” the 38-year-old wrote. “I jumped over the table like a hurdle lol. Screamed call 911 and Khloé [Kardashian] had to calm me down! I’m either super zen or so dramatic,” Kim confessed. On the bright side, the KKW Beauty founder later assured her fans, “Yes, my baby is fine.”
