Kylie Jenner’s Band-Aid Is Legit the Biggest Mystery at This Year’s Met Gala
What happened to Kylie Jenner? The 20-year-old new mom stepped out on the 2018 Met Gala red carpet with baby daddy Travis Scott and they looked totally head over heels for each other. The Band-Aid was easy to miss as the color was basically the same shade as Kylie’s skin, but eagle-eyed fans took to Twitter to speculate why the beauty mogul may have been rocking rapper Nelly’s staple accessory. “Did Kylie Jenner have a Band-Aid because she got a blood test to see who the baby daddy is? #solved #MetGala2018 #KylieJenner #bandaid,” one fan asked on Twitter.
Another said, “Conspiracy theory: @KylieJenner had a fake tan so her skin would match the color of her Band-Aid and no one would notice.” Yet, others believed there wasn’t an actual Band-Aid on her arm, just a mark left by a Band-Aid’s sticky residue. A Twitter user questioned, “Why does Kylie Jenner have Band-Aid gunk on her arm?”
While it’s unclear why Kylie was wearing the Band-Aid, there was one thing about her presence at the event that was more concrete: the intense chemistry between her and Travis. A source told People, the couple “is doing great” and “Stormi has definitely brought them closer.”
And while they might not be engaged just yet, “Kylie seems very happy with Travis,” the insider claimed. “They are a great little family.”
Kylie and Travis welcomed their daughter, Stormi Webster, into the world on Feb. 1, 2018, after months of speculation that the reality star was pregnant. She confirmed the news just three days after giving birth with a video that documented her pregnancy journey.
