Thankfully, Kylie’s mane is doing A-OK. “Haven’t had my real hair this long since I was 15,” the makeup mogul captioned a steamy November 26 video on her Instagram Story. In the clip, Kylie appears to be fresh out of the shower and air-drying her shoulder-length hair.

Let’s be real, Kylie would be the baddest bitch on the block with NO hair at all. However, we’re glad she’s taking the necessary steps to keep her natural ‘do healthy.

Speaking of good health, Kylie recently revealed on her favorite go-to meals — bone broth! Beyond showing fans her homemade recipe, she went ahead and shared a chart detailing the many benefits of the popular soup.

“[Broth] protects the body’s joints and maintains healthy skin as the body ages,” read the statement. “It restores your gut’s lining, fights against food sensitivities and supports the growth of probiotics. Boots your immune system and aids healthy inflammation response. It helps the body expel waste more effectively and stimulates cell and liver detoxification.”

Honestly, if that’s not enough to convince you to try bone broth, we don’t know what is! Of course, Kylie’s diet doesn’t entirely consist of healthy foods. In fact, she hosted a Friendsgiving celebration on November 24 that included all the carbs.

Seriously, it was a veritable feast of starchy goodness — i.e. macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, mashed potatoes and creamed corn! This, ladies and gentlemen, is what we call balance and Kylie does it well! We could all learn a thing or two from her.
