A closet tour in 2018 revealed the reality babe had an estimated $250K worth of designer purses, and her collection has only grown over time.

Of course, having momager Kris Jenner in her arsenal has probably also helped.

The beauty mogul’s venture into real estate is going swimmingly. She spent about $40M on homes over the last two and half years and plans to keep snatching up properties. “She wants to continue to expand her portfolio — within Cali and in other states and countries,” the insider continued. “She’s even considering buying a private island and turning it into a retreat so she can relax without being disturbed.”
