Kylie Jenner Shows Off Her Real Skin Texture And Blemishes in Makeup-Free Photo
Kylie Jenner has fully embraced her natural era and shared a makeup-free selfie while exposing a blemish on her cheek.
“Pimple friend still here,” the Kardashians star, 27, wrote via her Instagram Stories over a bare-faced car selfie on Monday, May 12.
In the photo, Kylie pouted her lips as her freckles popped while the sun peeked through her windshield. The beauty mogul followed up the post with a video, where she zoomed in on the blemish.
While Kylie is known for her lucrative makeup brand, Kylie Cosmetics, the reality star has toned down her glam and cosmetic procedures after she and boyfriend Timothée Chalamet started dating.
“Kylie realized she was getting a little bit too carried away with the treatments. She’s not going to give up entirely, but she’s going to start the process of scaling back and undoing some of the things she’s gotten,” a source exclusively told Life & Style in October 2024.
The insider dished that Kylie’s new look on enhancements would be within reason. For example, the source said that the Sprinter vodka founder would never go back to her fully natural lips, but she would “reduce them to a more natural size.”
“She’s also talking about getting her butt downsized a little. She’s wanting to be more high fashion these days and the extreme curves just don’t fit the mold when it comes to the couture looks,” the source continued. “She does love her big boobs, but a lot of people have suggested she should go down a few cup sizes if she wants to look more chic and less tacky.”
Kylie’s new outlook on injectables and surgeries stemmed from coming to a realization that the outcome of her physical appearance wouldn’t take away any insecurity.
“Kylie is extremely self-conscious about her appearance. She’s had deep insecurities about the way she looks since she was very young, which is the whole reason she’s had so much plastic surgery before the age of 25,” a third insider exclusively told Life & Style in June 2024. “But unfortunately, no matter how many procedures she gets, her insecurities never seem to go away.”
The second source further explained that Kylie “tried to act like she’s totally happy with how she looks, but behind closed doors she spends an agonizing amount of time second-guessing and worrying that she’s gone way too far.”
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum “reads the mean things people say about her online and it really gets to her to the point where it’s difficult for her to leave the house a lot of the time,” but she has since focused on building her confidence and embracing her natural beauty.
Kylie admitted in 2019 that she started getting lip filler as a teen. Four years later, she shared her regret on getting a breast augmentation before having kids in 2023.
“People can say all they want about Kylie looking plastic or her boobs being too big but all that matters to her is how her boyfriend feels and fact is, it drives Timothée wild,” a third insider exclusively told Life & Style in February. “He thinks she’s gorgeous and loves her amped up curves. They have a very passionate connection and when they’re out of the public eye he’s always all over her.”
