The wife of Scottie Pippen‘s biggest dieting tip is actually to not diet at all. “Change your attitude, poor eating habits, and maintain active rather than embarking on a standardized diet that promises a ‘quick fix,'” she advised on her blog. “Remember: Slow and steady wins the race.”
The starlet listed some of her favorite foods that keep her feeling her best. Eggs, cabbage, yogurt, apples, black beans, grapefruit, lettuce, dark chocolate and quinoa are her top nine recommended items.
We love that the busy mom promotes a healthy and manageable way to lose weight. She explained on her website, “Instead of adapting a regimented diet, change the way you eat and practice healthy eating habits. Find a satisfying eating plan with a menu you can live with long-term, and make sure you’re eating the right amount of calories for weight loss.”
In addition to recipes and exercise routines, the close pals also chat about their kiddos. Kim gushed to E! News in July that Bravo alum is one of her favorite people to turn to for advice. “I will usually go to one of my best friends Larsa Pippen because she has four kids for mom advice,” the KKW Beauty founder said at the time.
How did she achieve her amazing curves after four kids? Larsa simply said on her site that she “put in the work.” Her Instagram feed is filled with videos of her exercising and getting her sweat on so we believe it.
