Lena Dunham may not look like most of the girls in Hollywood, but the actress is content with her body, though that wasn’t always the case!
The 29-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to share a photo of herself on the run while revealing why this particular image makes her feel “strong, swift and proud.”

“Not usually one to post a paparazzi shot but this fills me with pride,” the Girls star wrote. “Basically my whole life I have hated running and run like a wounded baby Pterodactyl.”

"It's important people see celebrities, or see me as well, go to the beach and have cellulite and know it, like 'I'm cool, I'm OK with that and I still feel confident,'" she told WHO magazine.
"I don't want to surgery-shame or Botox-shame women, either. It's that balance of being confident with who you are, but also if you do want to change something, if you want to dye your hair or if you want to get breast implants and that makes you happy, I don't think you should be ashamed."
