Love Is Blind’s Tyler Francis Was Allegedly Engaged to a D.C. Reporter When 1st Child Was Conceived
Talk about a reality TV villain! Love Is Blind’s Tyler Francis was allegedly engaged to a D.C. news anchor when he conceived his first child.
TikTok blogger Storytimewithrikkii shared a video on Thursday, October 10, and revealed screenshots from the woman claiming to be Tyler’s ex-fiancée.
“Tyler from Love Is Blind was allegedly engaged at the time his first child was conceived, and the fiancée had no idea it was his child,” Rikki began in the video. “If you’re keeping up with the Tyler tea, then you know that pictures of Tyler and his ex-fiancée are resurfacing online, and they were found on Tyler’s mom’s Facebook page.”
She continued, “The ex-fiancée is actually a local D.C. news anchor and took to her Facebook page back in 2017 to let everybody know why her engagement ended.”
Rikki went on to say that the post the ex-fiancée shared had since been deleted, but before it was deleted, it had been edited multiple times. The content creator then specified that she had access to all the versions of the post.
In the alleged Facebook post, the ex-fiancée claimed that she received “a text less than two weeks before Christmas.” Rikki explained that Tyler’s son was born in September 2017.
“A yearlong secret was revealed to me by someone I knew, loved and trusted most of my life. Heck … I almost spent the rest of my life with them. However, it wasn’t in God’s plan and soon learned it wasn’t in their own. [Who] I thought was my future, started a future and legacy with someone I shared space with. To make matters worse, a lot of people around me knew … It’s still hard to believe I was at a gender reveal party, capturing a dishonest moment, that belonged to three people, yes – three. The details are like a movie, but I’m not going to go there,” the original post read.
Rikki believed that the three people the ex-fiancée was referring to were Tyler, 34, the alleged mother of Tyler’s children, Bri Thomas, and Bri’s ex-wife. The blogger claimed that she had spoken with Bri’s ex-wife, and the ex-wife stated that she “felt bad” because Tyler used to “bring” his ex-fiancée around them.
In another alleged screenshot of a message from Bri’s ex-wife, she claimed, “No one was ever supposed to know who the donor was. It was supposed to remain a secret forever and [Tyler] was never supposed to raise [the child].”
However, the ex-wife claimed that as more information was discovered, she realized that Bri allegedly lied to her “about Tyler’s involvement and was secretly allowing him to build a relationship with the son behind her back.” Rikki claimed that “even though Tyler was not supposed to be involved, he was actively involved, but the ex-wife didn’t know about it.”
Rikki also shared a photo of the alleged birth certificate of Tyler’s son and the ex-wife’s name, along with Bri’s, are the two parents listed. She added that the ex-wife believed that Tyler was simply a donor, but in reality, Bri was secretly in a relationship with the Love Is Blind star and allowed him to be an active father.
“And that’s not even the worst part,” Rikki continued. “After [the ex-wife] and the baby’s mom got divorced, Tyler came forward in court and said that he’s always been an active father to snatch [the ex-wife’s] parental rights away from her, even though she’s on the birth certificate.”
Rikki also alleged that the ex-wife claimed that Tyler’s son and twin girls “were conceived naturally” because they had been using the “turkey baster method for two months and it was not working.”
Tyler has yet to address any of the allegations.
