Such a romantic! Mike Johnson from the last season of The Bachelorette just gave us another reason to ship him with Demi Lovato. During a game of “Chubby Bunny,” the 31-year-old revealed what he would do if he were to take the 27-year-old pop star on a date, and we can’t help but want to see them together.

“This is what we’re going to do, okay?” he told E! News in an interview published on Tuesday, September 17. “Me and you go on a date. I’m going to have some brownies, I’ll get some chocolate chip cookies or something, and we [can] feed each other and listen to some dope-ass music.” Swoon!]

Demi first expressed she was into the hunk during the second episode of The Bachelorette in May. “He’s my pick,” she said in an Instagram video she posted at the time. From there, the two began exchanging flirty messages on social media. When Mike tweeted asking where his “future wife” was, Demi made her presence known. “I’M RIGHT HERE MIKE. I’M RIGHT HERE, BOO. MY MOM ALREADY LOVES YOU TOO,” she replied to him in early July. Demi and Mike seem to have a connection so far, so the possibilities are endless on what can happen between them. In fact, the pair have already hung out, according to a source who spoke to E! News.

“They did go on a date and it’s been going well,” the insider revealed to the outlet. “They seem to have a lot in common and are just enjoying getting to know each other.” Another source told People, that “they’ve been talking privately for a bit and hanging out.” Prior to Mike, Demi was romantically involved with Henri Levy. The two were seen on various occasions packing on the PDA. She even shared a few photos with him on social media.

Unfortunately, though, their relationship was short lived because of conflict over their traveling schedules. “After Aspen, Henri headed to Paris to prepare for his Enfants Riches Déprimés Automne Hiver 19/20 Runway Show for Paris Men’s Fashion Week, and Demi went to Florida for a friend’s wedding,” a source exclusively told Life & Style about Demi missing Henri’s fashion show in January. It looks like she’s moved on — good for her!
