The cost to train with the best is not cheap. A regular hour-long personal training session runs about $200. If you want to train with Kirk himself, “it’ll cost you five times that amount.”

Kirk explained, “I made my personal rate really high. … I looked at who was the highest-paid trainer and I made mine higher.” The exact price? 60 minutes with the gym’s founder will run you a cool $1,000.
