Nikki Bella Wipes Instagram of All Photos and Posts Following Artem Chigvintsev Divorce

A new social media beginning. Nikki Garcia, formerly known as Nikki Bella, completely wiped her Instagram page of all posts after settling her divorce from Artem Chigvintsev.

Fans noticed the retired WWE star, 41, made the big change on Tuesday, November 26. All that remains is her bio, where Nikki noted she’s a WWE Hall of Fame member and host of Barmageddon and Twin Love, while also promoting her “Nikki and Brie Show” podcast as well as her Bonita Bonita wine brand.

Nikki still has 10.5 million followers who are waiting to see what her next move on Instagram will be as a newly single woman.

The Total Bellas alum and Artem, 42, settled their divorce in a private mediation on November 20, her rep confirmed to multiple outlets.

“Nikki and Artem have settled their divorce and will not be going to court,” a spokesperson for Nikki told E! News. “Nikki’s No. 1 priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter. She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”

After the divorce settlement, Nikki and Artem dropped their respective restraining orders against one another. The former couple filed for protective orders following Artem’s domestic violence arrest on August 29. The charges against Artem were dropped on September 24.

The duo dropped the restraining orders “in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively coparent their son,” Nikki’s rep explained to E!.

Life & Style previously reported that both individuals were granted joint custody of their son, Matteo, during an October 15 court hearing. They welcomed their only child on July 31, 2020.

As of November 26, Artem’s Instagram page still includes plenty of photos of Nikki, including a wedding snapshot he posted to celebrate the former couple’s second anniversary on August 26, three days prior to his arrest. Next to it, he gushed, “Happy anniversary my love, can’t see my life without you. You are my everything.” However, it was the last time the professional dancer shared an Instagram post.

The former couple’s seemingly blissful marriage came to a crashing halt after Artem was booked on a felony domestic violence charge in Napa County jail on August 29. He was released on $25,000 bail later that day.

TMZ obtained an audio clip of the 911 call. “Initially came in as requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at [the reporting party],” the dispatcher said. “There is a child on scene. Medical en route. There’s an active 415 [disturbing the peace] in the background responsible.”

The dispatcher also added that “[Artem] got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at [the reporting party].”

Life & Style confirmed Nikki filed for divorce from Artem on September 11 in Napa Valley, California, according to online records.

The day after the charges against Artem were dropped, he broke his silence regarding his arrest.

“I am incredibly relieved and grateful that the domestic violence charges against me have been dropped,” he told E! News. “This has been an extremely difficult time for me. I am thankful that the truth has prevailed.”
