Paul Nassif’s Ex Adrienne Maloof Is Welcoming His New Kids ‘With Open Arms’ After Their Divorce
Hollywood super-surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif and ex-wife Adrienne Maloof have put their bad blood behind them and get along great these days. A source exclusively tells Life & Style their kids are also on good terms, as they all enjoy a blissful blended family dynamic.
“They have three kids together and all those years of history, so it’s great to see them on such good terms,” the insider says. “Adrienne had a lot of anger at Paul for a long time, but she’s way past that now and is happy to see him happy.”
The source adds that the businesswoman, 63, “congratulated” the Botched star, 62, on the birth of his second child, son Paul Jr., with wife Brittany Nassif (née Pattakos) in January “and sent gifts.” Additionally, Adrienne “already treats” Paul and Brittany’s daughter, Paulina, 4, “as a member of the family.”
“It will be the same with this new baby boy. As far as she’s concerned, this is the right thing to do. These are her sons’ siblings, so for their sake, she wants to welcome these new kids with open arms,” the insider continues.
Paul and Adrienne were married from May 2002 to November 2012. During their marriage, the former couple welcomed sons Gavin, 22, and twins Colin and Christian, 18.
The source concludes that Adrienne “still cares about Paul and wants the best for him, so of course she’s thrilled for his good fortune. A new baby is always something to celebrate, and Adrienne has a huge heart, so her happiness over this good news is no surprise to her friends.”
Following his divorce from Adrienne, Paul moved on with Brittany, 34, in 2017. The pair got engaged in June 2019 and tied the knot three months later in Santorini, Greece. The plastic surgeon and his second wife welcomed Paulina in October 2020.
“Yesterday morning at 7:42 a.m., we welcomed our beautiful, healthy baby girl Paulina Anne Nassif into the world,” Paul and Brittany told People. “Paulina is already a living, breathing extension of our hearts, and the love we have for her is absolutely unbelievable!”
The couple continued, “She truly is a blessing, especially during such a tough year. Thank you all for your love and support and coming along with us on this journey.”
Paul and Brittany announced in July 2024 that they were expecting their second child.
“SURPRISE! We’re having a … BOY!!!! We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!” the pair wrote on Instagram at the time.
Baby Paul Jr. arrived on January 9, with his father announcing the news on Instagram.
“I’m so happy to announce Paul Michael Nassif Jr. was born 9 lbs. 10 oz. on January 9th, 2025, at 12:59 AM,” Paul wrote alongside the first photo of his infant son in the hospital. “Mother and son are safe and sound; our hearts have never been fuller. Our family is complete and we’re so excited to begin this new chapter together. Thank you for all of the love, prayers and well wishes. We’ll keep you all posted!”
