We hear wedding bells! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are busy planning their secret nuptials — and the details are slowly coming together. After one year of dating, the couple is ready to make it official with an intimate ceremony in the Caribbean.

Multiple insiders are telling Life & Style exclusively that Prince Harry, 32, and Meghan, 36, are leaning toward Jamaica, where they attended a friend's wedding in March. And Meghan has already picked her maid of honor — and it's not future sister-in-law Kate Middleton.

"She plans to ask her best friend, [Quantico actress] Priyanka Chopra," says the source. Priyanka, 35, definitely has Meghan's back when it comes to her new high-profile relationship.

The Indian beauty recently defended Meghan against Vanity Fair's "sexist" cover. "It would have been nice to write about her not just her boyfriend. I’m just saying. I mean, she’s an actor, she’s an activist, she’s a philanthropist. I mean, she does so much more," she said at the Toronto Film Festival. "It’s just a little sexist. Look, I’m a feminist and I love boys, okay… The only thing I’m saying is that there needs to be a certain sense of equality where a woman is not just a plus one, you know. It’s nice to be your own identity too."

While Kate didn't nab the top honor, she will be involved in the wedding along with Prince William and their kids George and Charlotte. "Harry adores his niece and nephew and so does Meghan," the source adds.

A small wedding goes against royal tradition, but if it were up to Prince Harry he'd elope with the Suits star. Harry found his princess, "but the last thing he wants to do was walk up the aisle of Westminster Abbey or St. Paul's Cathedral with millions of people watching," says a pal. "It's not like Harry's ever going to be king."
