What is happening?! The O.C. actress Rachel Bilson left a flirty comment on former Bachelor star Nick Viall‘s equally saucy Instagram post. The two seem like they were just having a little fun to tease the brunette beauty’s appearance on the reality star’s podcast, “The Viall Files,” but fans are here for a possible romance between the unexpected duo.

“Will we choose to forgo our individual rooms,” Nick, 38, captioned a photo of the pair snuggled up on the couch with microphones. Rachel, 37, looked cute and casual in ripped jeans, a polka dot blouse and Vans shoes while the reality stud rocked a black T-shirt and tan pants with a pair of Converse. The actress was clearly charmed by Nick and commented, “He slid into her … DMs #sheaccepted.” In the podcast, Rachel divulges that Nick got in contact with her via direct messaging on social media.

“I really hope you two are dating,” one fan begged in the comments, while someone else echoed, “I’m so here for this!!” Another follower added, “[Rachel Bilson] this has made my whole day. You are wonderful and amazing.” A separate comment gushed, “And the world is now freaking out!!!”

Although it seems like they were just being silly, Nick and Rachel would make an adorable couple. The actress hasn’t been linked to anyone romantically since she and actor Hayden Christensen called it quits back in October 2017 after 10 years together.

As for Nick, despite appearing in the famed reality franchise a whopping four times, he’s removed himself from that dating pool. “No, I look forward to meeting them as a part of the Bachelor family but I don’t really date in Bachelor Nation anymore. I stay away from it,” he admitted exclusively to Life & Style in March when asked if there are any contestants he’s interested in during The Betchelor Live Show and Bachelor Finale Viewing Party, in partnership with Ship at Slate NY.
