RHOSLC’s Meredith Marks Reveals Possible Future Plastic Surgery Plans: ‘I’ll Probably Get a Facelift’

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks has opened up about her future plans for plastic surgery following her third breast reduction during an exclusive interview with Life & Style.

In September, the 52-year-old reality star revealed that she had undergone her third breast reduction since she had an unknown – “weird” as she called it – medical condition that causes her breast tissue to never stop growing.

When asked in an exclusive interview with Life & Style on November 14 in New York City if she has plans to do more surgery, she responded, “I don’t know, that’s a good question. I mean, at some point I’ll probably get a facelift.”

She continued, “I don’t want to change anything else. I don’t want to change anything about my appearance. I just want to look the same or just a little more mature or whatever. I’m pretty okay with everything.”

Following her recovery from her breast reduction, she said, “I feel better about my chest now. I still am busty but not matronly and so I’m happy with it.”

In an interview with Page Six at the end of October, she boasted that she “can wear normal clothes” that she doesn’t have to alter “two sizes on the waist and hips from the bust.”

“It was a really wonderful experience, and I was with Dr. Rosenberg in LA, [and] he’s amazing. I could not be happier, quite honestly,” she raved.

The Meredith Marks Caviar founder, who promoted her brand at an intimate fan event at Alessa NYC last Thursday, has been open about her personal life on the show.

This season, she has brought up her issues with her husband Seth, 52, over him traveling a lot for work and only getting to spend time with him on the weekends.

Watching the reality star for five seasons now, Bravo viewers have speculated that she has gotten plastic surgery procedures over the years. However, Meredith has been adamant in the past that she’s never gone under the knife.

In a December 2020 Instagram Story post, Meredith revealed that while she has “not had any plastic surgery on my face,” and she does “like a little bit of Botox.”

“But it needs to be done properly,” Meredith added, noting she’s “not a fan of filler.”

Sharing her beauty regimen with her followers, she uploaded a post while getting a Botox touch-up in between her eyebrows in November 2023 at Heather Gay’s medical spa, Beauty Lab and Laser.

“I always trust @beauty.lab.laser !! They do a phenomenal job with my botox,” she wrote alongside the video. “Truly proud of @heathergay and the fabulous business she runs.”

Beauty Lab and Laser recently won a lawsuit against RHOSLC alum Monica Garcia after the star failed to pay for services. In November of this year, it was revealed that Monica was ordered by the court to pay Heather’s spa $35k, which included attorney’s fees.

For now, Meredith is focusing on promoting her caviar, which is available in three different varieties – 24 Karat Kaluga, Diamond Ossetra and Platinum White Sturgeon – and working on releasing her caviar on DoorDash in Park City as well as other restaurants in the country.

“We’re doing a lot of events and a lot of fun stuff. It’s always really fun. I always have a great time with it. And sometimes Seth comes too,” she told Life & Style.

“I’m also actually promoting my own product and hopefully introducing some people to caviar who haven’t tried it … It’s sort of a nice way to engage with people who support me and my castmates in the show. It’s phenomenal.”

Planning on leaving the cold New York City soon, Meredith will next head to Miami for most of the rest of the year where she’ll be having her caviar at an opening party for Art Basel.

In the meantime, fans can catch her in new episodes of RHOSLC every Wednesday on Bravo at 9 p.m. ET. Still to come is “crazy, tumultuous drama,” she teased.
