Ryan Phillippe has always been known for his baby face, but these days, his youthful appearance is causing trouble for at least one person in his family!
The actor admits his 15-year-old daughter Ava, with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon, “hates” her dad’s boyish looks. “Sometimes people have thought I’m her brother, and she’s freaked out by that,” Ryan tells ‘Variety’ magazine.
Though he’s still “carded constantly,” the 40-year-old, who also shares an 11-year-old son with Reese, confesses the upcoming remake of ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ reminds him of his real age!
“I’m excited about it, it just makes me feel old,” he says.

In the same interview, Ryan also opens up about another one of his iconic flicks, ‘Cruel Intentions.’ “That was sort of the end of my innocence,” he tells ‘Variety‘ of being labeled a sex symbol following the film’s 1999 release. “That was like the end of my youth, because I went straight into marriage and kids.”
Reese and Ryan tied the knot in 1999 while the actress was six-months pregnant with Ava. They divorced after seven years of marriage.
