TBH, We’re Sweating Just Watching Sofia Richie’s ‘Sunday Morning’ Workout Routine
Considering Sofia Richie has one of the most killer figures in young Hollywood, we shouldn’t be surprised to see that her workout routine is intense AF and yet … here we are. On Sunday, August 4, the 20-year-old model took to her Instagram Story to show her fans how she sweats it out on the weekends and y’all, we’re exhausted for her.
In the first and second clips, Scott Disick’s ladylove can be seen doing tricep dips, but instead of using a bench, she’s using her good friend Yris Palmer. Nothing like some teamwork to get the blood flowing, right? As it happens, Yris is also simultaneously working on her legs and core by doing a wall sit.
After a couple of reps, Sofia stands up looking tired, yet proud of her efforts. After all, how many of you are spending your lazy mornings working on your triceps? Yeah, that’s what we thought. Thankfully, Sofia had the perfect post-workout cool down. In the third clip, Sofia pans the camera to her precious dog, Hershela, as the pair go for a walk.
ICYMI: Scott and Sofia share the Dapple Dachshund. However, it was Lord Disick, 36, who came up with her unique name. “My boyfriend named her … I kind of just ran with it. It made me laugh,” Sofia said in a 2018 interview. “I liked Hershey and he liked Hershela, so it was like a middle ground.”
The sweetest part? Sofia had no idea her man was going to gift her a furbaby. “He wanted the dog for a while, but he ended up surprising me with it,” she gushed at the time. Well, clearly, Hershela is the perfect companion for Sofia … next to Scott, of course.
