‘Chef’ Steve Kazee Cooks Pregnant GF Jenna Dewan the Most Romantic Dinner
Besides being a respected Broadway actor, Steve Kazee is also quite the chef — at least according to his girlfriend, Jenna Dewan. The 44-year-old Once alum cooked his lady a romantic dinner, which she documented on Instagram on Thursday, December 26.
In the clip, the 39-year-old called Steve “Chef Kazee” as she asked him what was on the menu, which consisted of baked ziti, garlic bread and wine for him and their friends. Jenna had sparkling water because she’s pregnant.
The couple is expecting their first child together. However, Jenna is already mother to Everly Tatum, whom she shares with ex Channing Tatum. Thanks to the 6-year-old, Steve has already learned so much about being a father figure.
“Jenna also brought with her one of the greatest gifts one could ever imagine … Her beautiful daughter,” he wrote on Instagram in September. “Evie burst into my life like a supernova and has continued to burn so brightly in it. I have learned so much about parenting already from watching how amazing Jenna is with her and Evie has taught me so much about what it means to love and communicate with a child and I can’t wait to give her a sibling and make our little family a little bit bigger.” Aw!
It looks like they have the perfect blended family. What’s next for the Step Up alum and her beau? Perhaps marriage! “Jenna says she’s still waiting for a proposal, but she knows it’s coming,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style in November. “Steve isn’t giving away any hints, but friends say it will probably be around the holidays.” That means it could happy any day now!
“Of course Jenna is going to say yes no matter what day he does it,” the source added. “She and Steve make a great couple and plan to be together forever, so they’re not in a rush. The wedding will be after the baby is born. Right now they’re just concentrating on the holidays, daughter Everly, and the precious cargo she’s carrying.” We can’t wait to see what’s in store for them!
