Exclusive‘Pump Rules’ Star Stassi Schroeder Has a Tight Wedding Guest List: ‘A Lot of People Won’t Make the Cut’
And that’s that on that. Vanderpump Rules stars and BFFs Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney-Schwartz spoke with Life & Style exclusively about Stassi’s upcoming wedding to fiancé Beau Clark — and the ladies revealed that several folks will not be joining them for their nuptials in Rome.
“It’s important to them that they only have people there that are immediate in their lives, who they see a future in their lives with and that they’re close with. It’s important, I think, to keep the wedding intimate,” Katie exclusively explained during day two of BravoCon, to which Stassi, 31, added, “Yeah. Basically, a lot of people aren’t going to be invited. That’s what she’s trying to nicely say.”
“Long story short, a lot of people are not making the cut,” the 32-year-old confirmed, before adding that there were “probably” some of those very people at the convention with them that day. “I’m going to go ahead and say for sure,” Stassi reaffirmed.
Though Katie did remark she wasn’t “necessarily” talking about costar Kristen Doute, there has been a falling out between the three self-dubbed “Witches of WeHo,” so it’s definitely possible that the 36-year-old may end up without an invite.
And, luckily for us, it seems as though we’ll see the brunt of the feud on screen this coming season. “Well, you’re going to see a lot of it play out on the show, so I’m not going to explain too much. But you’ve seen us ebb and flow with Kristen a lot and we know sometimes how Kristen can be difficult,” Katie dished. “It just reached the wall, it reached the ceiling.”
Stassi added, “It’s not just one thing that brought us to this place. It was just a series of years of things. We kind of just felt like, ‘OK, we need a break and that’s it.’ And we love her still and care about her, but it’s just break time.”
Though the girls are hopeful for a reconciliation, it looks like they’ve placed the responsibility on Kristen when it comes to patching things up. “I hope so, but when we … We had a separation, a falling out, years ago and we came back and we said that we were going to be 100 percent honest, transparent with each other all the time and always have each other’s best interests,” she explained. “So no matter what, we never have to go through that again. And we held up our end of that deal.”
Guess we’ll have to wait and see if Kristen ends up in Roma!
