Vanessa Hudgens Slays at 'Bad Boys' Premiere Post-Austin Butler Split

All smiles! It looks like Vanessa Hudgens isn’t letting her breakup from Austin Butler bring her down. The longtime actress, 31, stepped out at the Bad Boys for Life movie premiere on Tuesday, January 14, looking happier than ever.

Vanessa, who stars in the upcoming blockbuster, wore an intricate white gown complete with over-the-top feathers and beading. Oh, and of course, we can’t forget her glam! The former Disney Channel star opted for bold eyebrows, soft lips and classic Hollywood hair.

As amazing as she looked, we can’t help but miss seeing her with Austin. After all, Vanessa and the Zoey 101 alum, 28, dated for nearly a decade! Throughout the duration of their whirlwind romance, it really seemed as though the stunning pair would go the distance.

In August, Vanessa exclusively revealed to Life & Style that “communication, trust and patience,” were the pillars of their relationship. Additionally, Austin was no stranger to gushing over his ladylove.

“I think you just have to — it’s important to put that other person first,” he told Entertainment Tonight in 2015. “If you’re constantly looking for ways that you can make them happy, and they’re constantly looking for ways that they can make you happy, then you kind of lift each other up as much as possible and you can’t go wrong.”

During one of Vanessa and Austin’s final appearances together, the Switched at Birth actor had nothing but incredible things to say about her.“It’s hard for me to even put into words what that girl means to me,” Austin told E! News at the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood premiere. “I am so inspired by her every day and I just love her to my core.”

Sigh. We’re going to have a tough time getting over this split. Thankfully, both Austin and Vanessa seem to be doing A-OK with their decision … and obviously, that’s all that matters!
