Kourtney Kardashian’s Ex Younes Bendjima Is Reportedly Facing a Lawsuit After His Restaurant Fight
There’s possibly more trouble in store for Kourtney Kardashian‘s ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima. Earlier this week, TMZ obtained video surveillance footage of Younes getting into a nasty physical fight with a restaurant employee while he was out partying with Drake, Odell Beckham Jr. back in March. But now, the victim is ready to take legal action against Younes and he could be facing a very serious lawsuit if a settlement isn’t reached soon.
“We want to give parties that are responsible for causing harm an opportunity to do the right thing without having to involve the court,” the victim’s lawyer, Colin Jones of Wilshire Law Firm, told Us Weekly. “Those [notices] went out … and that was before we ever saw the video because we couldn’t get the video until a formal lawsuit was filed, so the timing was rather ironic.”
According to TMZ, it all went down on Mar. 24 at Delilah in West Hollywood around 2:15 a.m. An employee opened the door to the parking lot and reportedly mouthed something to the large group, which prompted 25-year-old Younes to throw a series of punches at the man. He even grabbed his hair.
An insider told the outlet that the victim “talked smack” to the men, before “throwing” the door open. Law enforcement sources added that the employee filed a police report before changing his mind.

On Aug. 8, reports surfaced that Kourt and Younes split after dating for nearly two years. TMZ revealed that the reality star broke up with her younger beau and that they no longer follow each other on social media.
Fans already assumed there was trouble in paradise, though. Just weeks prior, Kourtney shared the snap of herself rocking a thong bikini and Younes threw shade by writing: “That’s what you need to show to get likes?” To add fuel to the rumors, Younes was spotted getting handsy with former Hooters waitress Jordan Ozuna in Mexico on Aug. 6.
Now, Sofia Richie is nervous the 39-year-old is going to try to “steal back” her man, Scott Disick. “Sofia is furious that Scott and Kourtney are hanging out again,” a source close to the exes, who share three children, Mason, 8, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 3 told Life & Style exclusively. “She understands that they have to remain civil for the kids but has become convinced that Kourtney is trying to steal back her man.” Well, Scott did say during the Season 15 premiere of Keeping up With the Kardashians that he wanted to get back together with her. “We always said we’d try to get back together when we’re 40,” he revealed. Hmm… only time will tell!
