YouTube Star Caleb Logan Bratayley Dies at Age 13 - Life & Style

Caleb Logan Bratayley, a member of the popular YouTube family Bratayley, has died at the age of 13.

The family announced the news on their Instagram page Friday. "Yesterday at 7:08PM Caleb Logan Bratayley passed away of natural causes," the caption next to a picture of the teen and one of his sisters read.

Yesterday at 7:08PM Caleb Logan Bratayley passed away of natural causes. This has come as a shock to all of us. Words cannot describe how much we will miss him. His incredibly funny, loving and wonderful spirit made us all fall in love with him as a YouTuber, friend, brother and son. We know you tune in to watch each day and eagerly anticipate new videos, but ask that you bear with us while we deal with this tragedy as a family. Please help us honor our, baked potato.

"This has come as a shock to all of us. Words cannot describe how much we will miss him. His incredibly funny, loving and wonderful spirit made us all fall in love with him as a YouTuber, friend, brother and son," the post continued.

Maker Studios, the company that represents Caleb, released their own statement, saying, "We are heartbroken at the tragic loss of Caleb from Bratayley, a beloved member of the Maker family. Our love, support, thoughts, and prayers are with the Bratayley family."

The family-of-five's videos first became popular in 2010, and have since amassed over one billion views in five years, according to Variety.
