At this point, we all know what Arie Luyendyk Jr. did on the ~most dramatic~ finale in Bachelor history. If you need a recap of what happened on the penultimate episode of Season 22 of the reality dating competition, the former race car driver essentially proposed to Becca Kufrin only to change his mind and publicly dump her in front of millions of viewers to pursue runner-up Lauren Burnham .

However, while that would be enough to make Arie, 36, seem like the ultimate f–kboy, his ex Bekah M. revealed via Twitter that he has been secretly messaging her since they parted ways. "Dm’ing your ex is a good look too," she tweeted along with screenshots of their private conversations.

While the messages seem innocent enough — jokes about her going missing and their age difference — it is strange that Arie would continue to talk to the 22-year-old nanny when he was supposedly struggling with his feelings for Lauren B. "Hahahahahaha @ariejr is the biggest f–king tool I’ve ever seen," she wrote. "Becca is a queen. A goddess. Thank the LORD he’s out of her life." Preach, girl. She also called out trolls, adding, "People are really going to call me 'immature' for calling Arie out yet he’s the man who dm’d MULTIPLE exes and blindsided/broke up with his fiancé in front of a full camera crew."

On last night's finale, Arie tried to explain his change of heart to Becca, but it fell flat. "I go to bed and I think about Lauren and I wake up and think about Lauren. She sees the fact that my mind’s somewhere else," he told cameras during the emotional episode. "[Becca] knows that I think about Lauren. I thought the feelings of this breakup would go away but they didn’t. With Becca I just feel an immense amount of guilt — it’s not fair to her to be in a relationship where someone’s half in. I have to follow my heart. Just thinking about the possibility of something with Lauren is making me want to risk it all because I really feel like I made a mistake." Arie just might be the worst Bachelor in history.
