Gorgeous at any size! Caroline Lunny competed for Arie Luyendyk‘s heart on The Bachelor and tried her luck on the beach during Bachelor in Paradise. Now, she’s learned to love herself. She posted side by side bikini photos to show that a few pounds in either direction won’t stop her from living her best life.

“Chunky but funky baby!! Now vs then … Last time I was in Vegas vs this time … That’s a fun little reality check!” the 28-year-old captioned a series of photos of her in a swimsuit. The first snap showed her smiling in a pool during a recent trip while the other two were from a few years ago. She explained, “The skinny ass pic was from right before I competed for Miss USA in 2014, and the gym was my life.”

But the thing is… f.u.c.k. i.t. I would love to be a little healthier than I am at this moment in time, but I’ll get there! . We can be so hard on ourselves when we’re not where we want to be. But life is so fucking fun. So let’s not hide our beautiful bodies on the road to where we want it to be. Live a little. And love the body you have TODAY. We’ll get there. And by “there” I mean to a healthy, happy place. I’ll probably never have that skinny of a body again, but I can promise to take better care of my self each day and love every day that I’ve been given, and that’s all that matters. And on that note, I’m off to the gym! Not to go be crazy skinny, but to go take care of myself and feel healthy.
