It’s finally happening! Though Bachelor Nation fans watched Rachel Lindsay and her fiancé Bryan Abasolo get engaged back in August 2017, fans were starting to question whether they would ever tie the knot. They’ve talked about having children before, and in June 2018 insisted that they were getting married that year, but when the new year came and went, they still hadn’t finalized anything. Now, the Bachelorette star has revealed that she’s finally started working with a wedding planner — and they’ve come up with a date, too.

“O-M-G It’s happening! Wedding planner ✅,” Rachel, 33, wrote on her Instagram, sharing a picture of herself and her new planning while she held a bag that said happily ever after. “Thank you @mikierusso for making me a bride! I’m beyond excited. I cant wait to take you all along this journey and share details with you. Countdown to making RnB official ♥️ #summer2019 #rnb #bridetobe”

Her fiancé shared his own excitement in the comments. “Soooo I hear @mikierusso is kind of a big deal!!” Bryan, 38, wrote. “Haha can’t wait to meet you bud and look forward to planning our big day with you! #RnB,” he continued, adding a heart. Plenty of their fellow Bachelor and Bachelorette stars joined them in celebrating, too. “So excited for you!!!” Lauren Burnham said, with Annaliese Puccini adding, “Yay!!! So happy and excited for you!!” Kristina Schulman, who Rachel became close with on Nick Viall‘s season, commented, “For EVER ♥️. Beautiful.”

Think the couple was inspired to finally start making things official after watching Arie Luyendyk, Jr. and his bride tie the knot earlier this month? Lauren’s “romantic and sexy” wedding gown would have anyone heading for the bridal shops to try and find an equally amazing gown. Unlike #Larie, though, Big Rach isn’t planning on inviting all of her reality TV friends to the nuptials. “I’m going to hurt a lot of feelings, but I’m going to have the wedding that we want, surrounded by the people we love the most, and I want to do it as soon as possible,” the star said in December. “I don’t want to put off a wedding because I’m planning something big for everybody else.” Now let the countdown begin!
