Demi Lovato and Ex Wilmer Valderrama Get Flirty During a Joint Instagram Live: ‘You Look Awesome’
Rekindling their romance? Exes Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama took to social media for a joint Instagram Live video chat on Sunday, April 28. While the pair’s exchange was mostly friendly, fans couldn’t help but notice a few flirty moments between the “Confident” singer, 26, and 39-year-old NCIS actor.
For starters, Wilmer and Demi totally complimented each other’s appearance. “Anyways, you look awesome, girl!” the That ‘70s Show alum told the brunette beauty, to which Demi replied, “Thank you! So do you.” Hmmm, is that the sound of sparks flying? We think so.
In addition to that, Wilmer called Demi the absolute sweetest pet name before signing off the chat. “See you, angel. Love you,” he gushed. OK, we obviously can’t speak for everyone, but how many ex-boyfriends do you know that call their former girlfriend angel? Yeah, that’s what we thought.
Oh, and of course, the “love you” could have been entirely platonic. However, given the fact that Demi and Wilmer dated for six years, we’re thinking there’s more to it than that. The best part? Demi’s mom, Dianna De La Garza, is still #TeamWilmer.
“I absolutely adore Wilmer,” the 56-year-old recently admitted to Us Weekly. “If Demi came up and said they were getting back together, I would not have a problem with that at all. But at the same time, those are her decisions, I can’t make them for her, you know, whoever she decides to be with in life, I’m sure I’m going to be very happy with.”
The Falling With Wings author was sure to add, “Wilmer will always have a very special place in our hearts and in the family and that will never change, for any of us.”
