Colton Underwood Did Get a Neil Lane Ring for Cassie, But It’s Not What You Think
It was a happy ending on The Bachelor for Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph. Although the season didn’t end in a proposal, the former football player was still able to score a Neil Lane engagement ring for his lady love.
The happy couple made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live after the finale aired on March 12 where they dished about what’s going on in their current relationship. They consider themselves somewhere above boyfriend-girlfriend status but not quite at fiancé level. However, they revealed that they have been talking about getting married. Colton even referred to her as his “future wife.” The two seem so head-over-heels for each other.
The talk show host felt bad that they had to go through the whole show process but didn’t end up with a shiny keepsake. So, he handed over a gigantic Neil Lane ring. The sparkler looks to be a single princess cut diamond with a double-diamond halo set on a double band that’s encrusted in diamonds. Basically, it’s a lot of bling.
Jimmy told the couple they can keep it until they feel ready, swap it out for a different ring or take it to a pawn shop. All good options!
After the emotional finale, Colton and Cassie appeared on The Bachelor aftershow with Chris Harrison where the blonde beauty exclaimed, “We’re in love. We’re super in love.” The reality stud shared that he moved to Los Angeles to be closer to his Huntington Beach babe and they plan on doing a lot of traveling in the upcoming year.
“We still have a lot of room to grow in our relationship right now, so we’re enjoying dating right now,” he explained. “We are going to be spending a lot of time together as well, so we have had the conversations, but we aren’t going to rush anything. We are still going to be together every single day. We are so excited right now.”
