Did Paige DeSorbo Cheat on Craig Conover Before Their Split? ‘Summer House’ Star Responds to Rumors

Bravo fans got one last bombshell in 2024 when Paige DeSorbo announced on December 30, 2024, that she and her boyfriend, Craig Conover, split after three years together. Although the Summer House star had nothing but kind words to say about her ex, rumors quickly swirled that Paige cheated on Craig before their breakup.

Inside Rumors Paige DeSorbo Cheated on Craig Conover

One day after the “Giggly Squad” podcast cohost confirmed she and the Southern Charm star parted ways, “Snark Bait” podcast cohosts, Christy and Sophie, repeated a rumor they heard about their breakup.

“We have heard from a very reliable source in the New York City community that Paige did in fact cheat on Craig very recently, and the one hint I will give is that this person is a New York City-based comedian, and that’s all I can say,” Sophie said during the December 31, 2024, podcast episode. “But I will say that I’m only hearing this through Christy, by the way, so I’m trusting Christy, but my question to you, Christy, about this rumor is, were they – she hooked up with him, this New York-based comedian.”

Christy quickly chimed in saying, “Allegedly, and he’s allegedly, and I will say also if you’re like, ‘Oh my God, who is it?’”

The women claimed the comedian was not a “household name” but rather “an internet personality.”

Sophie later asked Christy to confirm that Paige was “definitely still together with Craig” when she allegedly hooked up with the comedian.

“Unless her and Craig were going on [Friends’] Rachel and Ross breaks, they were very much together,” Christy claimed. “This wasn’t in the last three weeks of December. This was months ago I heard this.”

Fans quickly began to repeat the information via TikTok after the “Snark Bait” podcast episode dropped, leading Paige to quip back with a response.

On December 31, 2024, Paige denied the claims when she reacted to a since-deleted TikTok video of a fan talking about the cheating rumors derived from the “Snark Bait” podcast episode.

“I’m so obsessed with all this fan fiction,” Paige wrote in a comment, shared by Instagram account @queensofbravo. “Why would I build a brand with a man? IM THE GIGGLY SQUAD.”

She wrote in a separate comment, “See you in court.”

On January 2, 2025, TikTok pop culture creator Up and Adam shared a video about the cheating rumors, leading Paige to react in the comments section.

“See you in court,” she wrote.

Paige continued to shut down rumors that she cheated on Craig during the February 3, 2025, episode of “Giggly Squad.”

“Let me say this here and now: I did not move on with some new guy. I’m single. I don’t have a new boyfriend. I did not cheat not on my ex-boyfriend,” she told her listeners.

After insisting that she “never physically cheated” or “emotionally cheated” on Craig during their relationship, she set the record straight regarding the timeline of their split.

“Let me just say that when I announced my breakup on ‘Giggly Squad,’ I thought really hard about how I was going to say it, the words I was going to use, because of this exact thing,” she said, adding that she “didn’t want to do a back-and-forth.”

“But since no one’s sticking up for me on the other side … perpetuating even more rumors, I will say that Craig and I broke up Thanksgiving weekend. OK? That’s at the end of November,” Paige continued, stating that Craig “did press for Southern Charm” after their split and “did whatever he needed to do” in order to act as if they “were still together.”

She said she was “fine” with Craig not announcing their split at the time, adding, “I said that he could do that [if] he was processing [the split] in his own way.”

“I saw that my ex-boyfriend was on a trip presenting himself as single,” she continued during the episode. “And I said, ‘Oh, here we go, We’re ready to announce.’ I then texted [him] whilst he was on this trip and said I’m going to say something on ‘Giggly Squad’ and we can both start moving forward. It’s been a full month now. My text went unanswered.”

Inside Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s Split

When Paige announced their breakup during the December 30, 2024, episode of the “Giggly Squad” podcast, she made it clear she had nothing but positive thoughts for Craig.

“Craig and I have decided to no longer be together. I love him, I think he loves me. I think we will remain friends,” she said. “No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing. I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”

Wishing nothing but the “best” for Craig and his future, Paige remained adamant that their split was “the right decision for both of us.”

Craig has yet to publicly address the news of his breakup with Paige as of publication.

That said, the Sewing Down South founder told E! News weeks before their split that he and Paige were still together.
