It’s only been two months since Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev made their relationship official, however, they’re already thinking about the future. The 37-year-old professional dancer took to “The Bellas Podcast” on Wednesday, September 18, to admit that he wants kids someday — two to be specific.

When the brunette beauty, 35, asked her beau if he would consider having children with her, he was all about it. “Um yeah!” he told her. In addition, he gave her the explanation as to why two seems like the ideal number, and it’s honestly so sweet.

“You know what? I’ve never thought about the exact number, but the only thing I can compare it to is obviously my parents and what they have,” the Dancing With the Stars alum revealed. “They have two of us. It’s me and my brother. If I have to throw a number, I would probably say two because that’s how I grew up and I had a good relationship with my brother.”

Unlike Artem, Nikki has two siblings — her brother JJ Garcia and her sister, Brie Bella, whom she has a special bond with since they’re twins. Because of that, though, is why she’d like a pair herself. “I want twins,” she added. “I want a boy and a girl and I want to knock it out all at once. I want an epidural right when I get into labor. I don’t want to feel anything. Those are the things I want.”

While the former wrestler is now more open to the idea of expanding her family, that wasn’t always the case. When Artem first expressed his interest in becoming a father, Nikki said she needed time. “I was like, no, I’m cool. I’m not going to be a mom. It’s all good,” she told reporters while on the red carpet at Variety Children’s Charity Poker & Casino Night in July. “So I’ve heard about his baby fever forever, but I’ve told him look, ‘I don’t know if I need to be on three birth controls, but we are not having kids anywhere in the near future.'”
