Well, according to a Bachelor fan theory floating around on Twitter, it looks like Bachelor Nation thinks there’s hope for the pilot and former beauty queen to rekindle the flame!

“My prediction: Hannah B. shows up at the final rose ceremony wanting Peter back,” one fan tweeted. “Peter dumps the final 2 to date Hannah. Peter will propose to her on AFR.”

“I’m gonna go with Hannah B. somehow making her way into the finale and he gets back together with her,” a second fan wrote, with a third echoing, “What if Peter gets to the final rose ceremony and decides he wants to try again with Hannah B.?”

Clearly, it’s a popular theory — but also a possible option. After Hannah sent Peter packing on her season of The Bachelorette, fans have been vying for a reconciliation. The two had obvious chemistry during her After the Final Rose segment, and a heartbroken Peter even admitted he “will always love her.”

However, a relationship goes both ways … and the Alabama native confessed she didn’t exactly have an easy time with the breakup, either. “I knew I was going to hurt you, but I was also getting hurt too,” she told the 28-year-old on AFR. “Because I was falling in love with you and that didn’t just go away when I say goodbye. It’s been really hard to watch everything. Everything we had was real, and the way I felt for you was real, and I know that way you felt for me was real. It’s so hard because in this position because you don’t know if you’re making the right decision, and I think I was scared I was letting go of the perfect guy.”
