Hannah Brown Shows Her ‘Battle Scars’ From ‘DWTS’ Practice Ahead of Week 4: ‘It’s Pretty Gnarly’
Ouch! Former Bachelorette star Hannah Brown showed off her rehearsal injuries ahead of week 4 of Dancing With the Stars. The starlet’s leg had an impressive bruise that she said was from learning “a new trick” with her partner, Alan Bersten.
“Ouchyy [sic] I hope it’s worth it tomorrow night,” the 25-year-old wrote on her Instagram Story on October 6 to accompany a video that documented the “battle scars” on her thigh. She added, “No pain? No gain?”
The only clues the Alabama beauty gave about their October 7 performance is that it will be fierce. “The beast is back. This time, in the ballroom,” she captioned a photo of herself and Alan making growling faces while rehearsing on October 5. She then encouraged competitors to “bring it on, we love it,” in a separate post two days later.
The pair has been rocking this entire season. Week 1, they stole the spotlight with a Cha Cha performance set to Whitney Houston‘s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” The next week, Taylor Swift herself praised Hannah and Alan’s Viennese Waltz to “Lover” followed by a fun Rumba to “Hold On” by Wilson Phillips during week 3.
Although their eyes are set on the mirror ball, fans can’t help but ship the adorable duo because of their amazing chemistry. However, that may be as far as it goes. Last year’s winner, Bobby Bones, dished that the two are “not dating” during an exclusive interview with Life & Style.
“Look, I know Alan. I don’t feel like they’re dating and if you get two single people, you’re just going to assume that they’re together. I don’t think they’re dating, but it’s a very intimate thing. You’re so close with that person the whole time so it’ll be interesting to see what happens,” he divulged while promoting his partnership with Dog Chow for the “Service Dog Salute” campaign.
The dance pro has a history of heating up with his partners since his relationship with Alexis Ren. “Alan dated his partner last year,” Bobby, 39, noted. “I don’t know if that’d be a good look for him to just date his partners … Maybe it’d be the best look for him. I don’t know!”
One thing is for sure: We love watching them on the dance floor!
