It looks like Jaclyn Hill fans may finally get answers! The beauty vlogger recently launched a lipstick line that left many customers dissatisfied after they received products that were damaged or compromised. However, the 28-year-old took to Twitter on June 11 to keep everyone in the loop of what they should expect next.

“I plan on breaking my silence and addressing the issues regarding my lipsticks very soon,” she wrote. “I have been working hard to gather all of the facts and details so I can give you accurate answers. I appreciate you allowing me time to wrap my head around all of this and investigate.”

Fans took to social media to share what the lipsticks they received looked like and many had fibers on them or seemingly looked unsafe. “I’d say this Jaclyn Hill lipstick launch was a fail. IDK about anyone else, but I don’t want to have to groom my lipstick before using it. Or is this some new weird beauty trend I’m unaware of?” one person wrote. “After a few uses Amazeballs is getting weird. I only used Hustle once. I did email corporate about it. S–t happens, I just wish it would be addressed. I’m scared to use something that could be contaminated,” tweeted a second person along with a photo.

Jaclyn then took to Twitter to give an explanation. “My team and I are working very hard on finding out EXACTLY what is causing the ‘grittiness and bumpy texture’ on some of my lipsticks,” she wrote on June 8. “I am so sorry to see some of you dissatisfied with my product. I will make it right for you and learn from this mistake! That’s a promise.”

“If any of you are receiving lipsticks like this … please know that this is NOT hair! My factory used brand new white gloves to do quality control and they shed all over my product! We switched to rubber gloves two days ago and will make sure this never happens again,” she said in another tweet.

On the bright side, at least she’s taking action!
