Jeffree Star Shares a Cryptic Message About ‘Happiness’ Amid Drama With Andre Marhold’s Exes
Sending a message? Jeffree Star shared a cryptic post to his Instagram Story amid drama with boyfriend Andre Marhold’s exes. “Stop looking for happiness in the same place you lost it,” the quote read on Thursday, August 27.
Jeffree, 34, took his relationship with the professional basketball player public on August 23 — and there’s been a lot of controversy surrounding the pair ever since. First, an ex named Lo was quick to share her thoughts on social media.
“My ex on The Shade Room f—king Jeffree Star is not how I planned to start my day,” she tweeted on August 24, including a face with a medical mask emoji. “I’m not embarrassed, just crazy what people do for money,” Lo added.
Jeffree, who is no stranger to internet beef, seemingly went on the defense and wrote, “I know it’s devastating news for some people, but I don’t give money to anyone I’m dating or anyone who is f—king me. Work on your own insecurities, sis, I’m not the problem.”
Lo got the last word. “Well you should tell the people you’re f—king not to send me sexual videos from your home,” she replied. “And I’m not your sis … not sure you’re the same species.”
Since then, Life & Style spoke exclusively with another of Andre’s exes. Leezy’s Baddie Castings business partner Nikki Jzo revealed she “was devastated when she heard the news” of Jeffree and Andre’s relationship.
“It’s just the worst thing. It brings me to tears because to see her broken-hearted like this, it was pretty upsetting,” Nikki continued, noting that despite all of the drama with Jeffree, Leezy is still “willing” to take Andre back. While Andre’s ex has certainly spoken her piece, Jeffree’s ex-boyfriend of five years, Nathan Schwandt, hasn’t publicly commented on the YouTuber’s new romance.
Since calling it quits in January, Nate has been pretty silent on social media … save for posting a few thirst traps on Instagram. Considering Jeffree and the Michigan native ended things amicably, we suspect there’s still no bad blood between them!
