Jennifer Garner and John Miller’s relationship is spicier than ever.
The Elektra actress, 52, and businessman, 47, were spotted hand in hand walking the streets of Los Angeles in photos obtained by the Daily Mail on Sunday, February 2. In the photos, the mom of three wrapped her arms around John, keeping it effortlessly casual in a black hoodie, forest green leggings and sneakers. The tech CEO complemented her relaxed vibe in a green flannel and blue jeans, keeping a firm hand on his girlfriend’s waist.
Another snap showed the 13 Going on 30 actress cheekily flirting with the Stanford Law graduate — who she began dating in 2018 — as she held her hand near his rear denim pocket while he casually stood with his other hand in his pocket.
John marked Jen’s first relationship following her highly-publicized split from Ben Affleck. Jen and Ben — who welcomed three children Violet, Fin and Samuel during their 10 year marriage — divorced in 2018, but continued to stay cordial as Jen played a major role in helping him enter a rehab facility the same year they split.
John and Jen dated for two years before In Touch confirmed in August 2020 that they split up before Los Angeles “went into lockdown” amid the coronavirus pandemic. By May 2021, however, the two were back on.
Despite their hot and heavy romance, the Alias star maintains a close bond with Ben, 52, as they coparent their children, frequently reuniting for school events and holidays. Sources exclusively told Life & Style last month that Jen’s ex-husband’s “constant presence” was causing trouble and starting to make John feel like he was the “third wheel in his own relationship.”
“Even when the guy’s not around he’s calling and texting, it could be about the kids or an emergency, so Jen always answers,” the source explained on January 1. “It’s obvious she adores him, and it’s always been understood, any man that dates her has to be OK with Ben.”
According to the insider, John “accepts” Jen’s relationship with the Batman actor, but says “the odds” of him sticking to “healthy boundaries” with his ex-wife “are very low.”
“He’s a guy who is used to getting what he wants, and Jen has set the precedent that she will always be there so as long as he’s single and wants her attention he’s going to get it, or at least try to,” the source concluded. “And unless Jen can start holding her ground and start making her life with John a priority there’s a growing feeling among his friends that he won’t be able to take this situation much longer, something’s got to give.”
The Good Will Hunting star is a single man after his second wife, Jennifer Lopez, filed for divorce in August 2024 following two years of marriage. The former couple rekindled their romance in April 2021, nearly two decades after calling off their first engagement in the early 2000s.
