True love! Alex Rodriguez sweetly comforted his fiancée, Jennifer Lopez, after she had a less-than-perfect performance during the “It’s My Party” tour. The singer started bleeding on stage after an accident but her hunky beau assured her that she’s still a total rockstar. These two may not be married yet but the former baseball player proved that he’s going to make an awesome husband.

On July 6, a video was released on the 49-year-old’s YouTube channel called “It’s My Party Tour Diary: Volume One,” which covered her shows in San José and Phoenix. During one of her performances, she looked the wrong way and got hit in the head with a microphone and started bleeding. She expressed to Alex, 43, after the concert that she just wasn’t feeling her best. He then proved that he’s truly her biggest fan.

“It was a tough show for me,” the “On the Floor” singer told the athlete with tears in her eyes as he held her close. The Shark Tank investor thought things went exceptionally well. “It was the best show I’ve seen so far. You guys killed it! And you showed why you’re a champion, baby,” he gushed. “You were down and you still came back up and had the best show.”

Jennifer was definitely touched by his sweet words but admitted that she wasn’t “happy with herself” at the moment. Her soon-to-be spouse assured her, “You don’t see how great you are. You really have no idea … Baby, nobody’s looking at steps. People are looking at how beautiful you look and how great you sound.”

His encouragement eventually helped to get her out of her slump and reminded her just how in love she is. “Alex said it was the best show he’d ever seen. That’s why I love him and I’m gonna marry him,” the Bronx native confessed to her manager, Benny Medina. “Whether he wants to or not, we’re getting married. We’re getting married forever.”

Keep being the cutest, you two!
