How gorgeous! Jessica Simpson showed off her incredible 100-pound weight loss in a new photo with her 16-month-old daughter, Birdie Mae — and needless to say, the singer, 40, looks so fierce right now.

“Cali Cowgirls,” the blonde beauty captioned a photo of herself holding her third child in her arms and flaunting her slim figure. She also included a double heart emoji and the hashtag “#BIRDIEMAE.”

It seems Jessica has confidence like never before when it comes to her post-baby body. In July, the legendary starlet showed off her slender look while celebrating her milestone 40th birthday.

“I have kept these throwback True Religion jeans in my closet for 14 years (I’m not exaggerating!),” she wrote on Instagram on July 9. “I figured that since I’m in the final hours of my 30s, I’d give them another try, and hello 40, so nice to meet you.”

After welcoming daughter Birdie Mae in March 2019, the Open Book author went to work on slimming down. She revealed her 100-pound weight loss just six months after giving birth.

“Six months. 100 pounds down,” she wrote on Instagram in September 2019. “(Yes, I tipped the scales at 240 [pounds.]) My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE, and [I’m] emotional for many reasons but so proud to feel like myself again. Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder.”

In order to keep off the pounds, the Texas native changed up her regular routine to include a focus on exercise. Plus, the mother of three enlisted a chef to help her keep the momentum going with prepared, healthy meals — but naturally, she makes sure to incorporate cheat meals into the mix.

Working out is really key for Jess because she wants to be able to eat and enjoy life with her kids,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style after she revealed her incredible weight loss. “She loves going out for date nights with [her husband] Eric [Johnson] and having cocktails, so she doesn’t like to deprive herself of that. It’s just about keeping it in moderation.”

Jessica knows one thing for sure: less is not more when it comes to healthy living. “Jessica used to skip meals to lose weight, but what actually works best for her is to eat healthfully and more often,” the source explained.

You go, girl.
