Justin Bieber’s New $17.9M House Is Perfect for Chill Nights With Selena Gomez

It's official, Justin Bieber has a new crib! The "What Do You Mean?" singer is now the proud renter of a house in West Hollywood, and it's seriously impressive. Check out the video above to see a pic of Justin's stunning new house.

The 23-year-old's new place is reportedly worth $17.9 million and rings in at 6,000-square-feet. It features three bedrooms, a gorgeous infinity pool that overlooks Los Angeles, and even a movie theater, according to TMZ. Perfect for a casual date night with girlfriend Selena Gomez — they can cuddle up together and watch a movie without even leaving the house.

Surprisingly, this is a downgrade for Justin, who previously rented an 8,600-square-foot six-bedroom place in Beverly Hills. But despite the smaller pad, TMZ reports that it's still costing the singer a pretty penny — $55,000 a month to be exact!

The location is in a prime LA area, however, which definitely makes the cost worth it. The house is nestled right above Sunset Strip, which features all of the coolest restaurants and nightclubs. With several hip spots in the area, it's the perfect place for him to take Selena out on a date when they don't feel like staying in. Since the two have been spotted out and about together quite often as of late, we're sure they'll be crashing at Justin's new pad frequently when they're in LA together.
