First Mother’s Day in the books! Fitness guru Kayla Itsines celebrated her first holiday as a mom with her fiancé, Tobi Pearce, and her family. Needless to say, their daughter, Arna Leia Pearce, was surrounded by so much love as the crew celebrated on May 12.

“My first Mother’s Day,” the 27-year-old captioned a series of two photos posted to her Instagram Story of herself with various family members on the couch, holding her daughter and smiling at the new addition. She also posted a third photo holding her baby and happily kissing her longtime man.

The couple announced the birth of their first child on Instagram on April 29. “Welcome to the world — Arna Leia Pearce⁣,” Kayla captioned the announcement, complete with a photo of the new dad shirtless and cradling their new little girl.

In her caption, she recalled the birthing experience and revealed that Tobi was with her the entire time. “In that second, we heard her cry for the first time, the doctors and nurses examined her quickly, bought her over to us and said ‘she is absolutely perfect’,” she revealed about the unforgettable experience.

“From the start, she knew exactly who we were and was instantly calm. Tobi went into ‘Dad mode’ straight away,” she continued about her beau. “From someone who made jokes the whole [nine] months about not being able to change a diaper … to now not wanting to let ANYONE change her because he wants to help — has made me love him even MORE.”

So sweet. It’s clear that the fitness sensation has a ton of support as she makes her way through motherhood, while also getting back into her routine with working out and wellness. In fact, Kayla got candid about her postpartum body on May 9.
