Finally! Kendra Wilkinson has sold the Calabasas, CA home she once shared with her husband, Hank Baskett, and their two children Hank IV and Alijah. The mega-mansion sat on the market for months, but now a new report reveals an offer is pending — following a massive $250,000 price cut. Watch the video above to take a tour!

According to Radar Online, the former Girls Next Door star listed the house for $2,495,000 in June before significantly dropping the cost. “REDUCED AGAIN!” the listing on Zillow read. “Seller wants an offer. Sought after classic floor plan in guard gated community. Sweeping staircase, large formal dining room, and coffered ceilings in living room with beautiful fireplace. Family room with custom bar plus chef’s kitchen includes sub-zero refrigerator, breakfast area, and butler’s pantry.”

The ad continued, “All bedrooms are en-suite. Spacious master has great his and hers walk-in closets, fireplace, and relaxing spa-tub in the master bath. Beautifully landscaped grassy yard adjacent to heated saltwater pool & spa. Great covered patio with built-in barbecue make the perfect place for all year gatherings.”

Jeez — maybe we’ll put in an offer, too! JK. If only.

“I’m trying to get out of my house fast,” the 33-year-old reality star tweeted (then deleted) amid her marriage woes.

Kendra filed for divorce from her husband in April and documented their last day as a couple on Instagram. “I want to see happy Hank again. I miss that,” she captioned a selfie of her and her ex. “Marriage was just a piece of paper and a piece of jewelry, but our hearts will always be real. You will [probably] see us together a lot but it’s because there’s no hate. Love wins in this case, it just looks a little funny,” she wrote, adding that “fear” contributed to the demise of their relationship.

Here’s to hoping selling their home will help the mother-of-two move on.
