Kyle Richards Flips Off Paps After Estranged Husband Mauricio Was Seen Kissing Mystery Woman
Kyle Richards didn’t need any words to get her message across to paparazzi who were snapping her pic in Beverly Hills recently.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 56, was seen holding up her middle finger on one hand while holding a coffee in the other in photos shared by Page Six on Wednesday, March 13. Kyle wore black leggings with black wellies that had her initials on them. She had on a taupe-colored sweatshirt and a black fedora perched on her head. A tan Birkin bag hung from her arm.
The images of Kyle came after The U.S. Sun reported that her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, was seen with two women at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood on March 8. In the video, Mauricio sat and chatted in a booth with two women.
“Mau was at the Chateau with two women, but he appeared more interested in one of them,” a source told the publication. “They had someone bringing drinks to their table, they had sparkling and still water. It was about 12 a.m. and they were starting to close up the bar.”
The insider said that Kyle’s former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Lisa Rinna, along with Erika Jayne, were also at the hotel and were spotted exiting the bathroom.
“Lisa and Erika came out of the bathroom and walked past him, which was awkward and people noticed,” the source continued. “I’m pretty sure they saw him because the bathroom is directly opposite the table he was sitting at and it’s a tiny room, they would be looking straight towards him coming out. I don’t think he saw them, and they didn’t go over to speak to him.”
After one of the women that Mauricio, 54, was with left, he reportedly began making out with the brunette woman who stayed behind.
“Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up,” the insider claimed. “She seemed interested and they were leaning into the kiss but it still seemed more casual than serious.”
Kyle and Mauricio tied the knot in January 1996 and welcomed their first daughter, Alexia, just six months later. They went on to have two more daughters, Sophia and Portia, in 2000 and 2008. In 2010, Kyle joined the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and she and Mauricio became an integral part of the popular Bravo series.
While the couple seemed to be happily married, rumors of trouble in paradise began swirling in 2023 after Kyle failed to acknowledge their anniversary on social media like she had so often done in the past. There were whispers that Kyle had been involved with country singer Morgan Wade, and after Mauricio was cast on Dancing With the Stars, he was spotted holding hands with his partner, Emma Slater. Both things only added fuel to the first and in March 2024, Life & Style revealed that Kyle had hired divorce lawyers.
“Kyle finally pulled the trigger, and hasn’t looked back,” a source exclusively revealed at the time. “She needed to move on.”
Mauricio was also seen getting cozy with a woman named Nikita in July 2024, and the images eventually made their way to social media for his family to see. Four months later, during a November 11, 2024, episode of the “Housewives Nightcap” podcast, Kyle gave fans an update on their separation and said she hadn’t “felt like any reason” to file for divorce.
“I wish I had a better answer because I actually don’t … I don’t know, he moved out, and he does his thing, I do my thing,” Kyle explained.
