Kylie Jenner Gushes Over Travis Scott After He Shares Rare Photo of Daughter Stormi Webster
Friendly coparents or … ? Kylie Jenner gushed over her ex-boyfriend, Travis Scott, after he posted a rare photo of their daughter, Stormi Webster. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and rapper split in early October and have seemingly been keeping their distance from each other. However, it looks like their only child brought them together.
“Going to music class then imma [sic] come back for da [sic] pool, daddy,” the 28-year-old captioned two photos of the sweet girl, 21 months. The stylish reality TV kiddo was rocking camo pants, a black tank top and adorable pigtails while standing outside and eating a snack. In the background, the corner of a silver Rolls Royce can be seen and it makes Stormi look fancy AF.
Kylie, 21, simply commented with three heart-eyed emojis. Despite their break up, it looks like the parents are still active on each other’s social media accounts.
The A-listers appear to be on good terms, but that doesn’t mean they’ve rekindled their romance. A source told Us Weekly that the makeup mogul and “Sicko Mode” artist are simply growing in different directions at the moment. “Kylie and Travis are still not back together,” the insider told the outlet on October 28. “It doesn’t look like they will immediately reconcile anymore. They have differing objectives and two different lives.”
Before going their separate ways for good, the two reportedly went “on a break.” Dr. Cortney S. Warren, a clinical psychologist and former associate professor of psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, exclusively explained to Life & Style why some people may choose to take a step back instead of calling it quits altogether.
“In general, couples go ‘on a break’ or ‘separate’ when they don’t want to break up but have a significant unresolved issue that is causing distress and pain in the relationship,” Dr. Warren said, while noting that she cannot comment on Kylie and Travis specifically and has never worked with either A-lister personally.
She added, “Whether a separation leads to getting back together or splitting for good depends highly on the couple. If the break is done honestly with transparency and good intentions, the information learned will likely lead to a clear answer.”
No matter what the future holds for Kylie and Travis, it looks like they’re working hard on having a friendly relationship.
