“BLESSED 💕✨ happy birthday beautiful True. your energy is RADIANT and so so special! I love you and can’t wait to watch you grow,” the reality star-turned-billionaire, 21, captioned the photo. As fans may recall, Khloé, 34, and Kylie were pregnant with their first children — both baby girls — at the same time. Kylie welcomed her bundle of joy a few months before KoKo on February 1, 2018.
